European concert tours with appearances in Paris and Rome followed as well as a highly acclaimed recital at the United Nations in New York City.

Ms. Zeltser studied with the famed Dorothy DeLay at the Juilliard School. While still a student, she won the prestigious Juilliard Concerto Competition and as a result, made her Lincoln Center orchestral debut. She continued her studies at the Moscow Conservatory and at Manhattan School of Music.

Elizabeth Zeltser has appeared as soloist with numerous orchestras in the U.S., Canada, Italy, France, Russia, and South America.
